Yes, we check in daily, and review weekly. Your workout programs are designed in 4 week intervals. Every 4 weeks we completely change up your plan, to keep it interesting, relevant and make sure you continuously progress.
Can I track my eating?
Yes, we have an extensive food database, with the easy of using a barcode scanner to log & input your food.
